How does service renewal and cancellation work?

Login to subscription management by clicking here and select which service you would like to cancel. Or, cancel by contacting customer support.


We process payments automatically in advance of the renewal date to ensure your payment processes successfully and so that we can seamlessly renew your services (i.e. web domain, web hosting, or annual report for business). We will let you know if a charge fails to occur so you have time to fix the issue. 


Please note that Online cancellations for recurring annual Plan Bundle subscriptions should be made 15 days prior to the date of renewal to avoid a renewal for the upcoming year. If you would like to cancel within 15 days and not be charged for the upcoming year, please contact us

Cancel >15 days from renewal date

Cancel <15 days from renewal date online or with virtual agent (if available)
A renewal for the following year will occur, but no future renewals after that will be made.

Cancel on 12-20-25
No charge will be made after 12-31-26
Cancel <15 days from renewal date via customer service
If no services were rendered (i.e. annual report submission), any charge collected for that service will be refunded Renewal on 12-31-25
